If she is making her own, I reccomend a mix of Tzeentch and Slaanesh, actually.. For ranged army, you can do no better.
Throw in Tz tactical squads as static fire bases, a few (2 or so) squads of noise marines for mobile fire support, a chaos sorcerer w/ lash of submission, soem tz termies, tz havocs (does the icon give apc bolters? if not.. make the termies slaanesh). Then, a defiler or two, and a mass horde of cheap summoned daemons to chew up fire.
