Regarding the thing about the death company (in italics).
IF you BUY any of them (points wise) they cant go above 10.
IF you dont buy any and they are all free from the squads you can have as many as you like, You may purchase the jump packs without affeccting the unit number. This is explained in the FAQ in the back of the downloadable codex Blood Angels.
I think you could get away without the Rhino's/Razorback's but dont you get 9 chassis with the battle company box, if you bought it dont let them go to waste.
The death company can have jump packs, this doesnt affect the unit size. However if you buy any death company the unit limit becomes 10, if you do not purchase any death company there is no unit limit. therefore if you have 15 tactical squads you get 15 death Company, but if you have 6 tactical squads and buy 4 death company thats it you cant have any more.

i would suggest Attack bikes! i love em sooo useful for 50pts but if you havnt got money for 6000pts of attack bikes (I WANT THIS!) then go for the assault troops.
