Yup in my opinion its true. But before you purge me as a heretic let me explian, and if you have read the ork codex you would understand. Its really a simple argument. If you noticed that the ork guns dont really fire to begin with, also their axes are so dull it cant cut a damn thing. However because the orks believe soo much in their weapons they just work like normal. It may seem a bit wierd, but then again the orks are a weird race to begin with. Also lets not forget the red it fastest rule. IF you simply paint something red it goes faster, just because its red. There you go again the psychic beliefs that the orks have make their weapons work and their trukks go faster.

Well its far from your convensional psychics whose sole power can destroy waves of troops and cripple tanks, however think about it. How many Orks own guns and drive trukk and carry dull axes? ALL OF THEM, right down to the simple grot. All the orks possess the simple psychic mind, unlike other races who only have select few.
