I have a friend who has IA4, I'll be sure to check it out. The Tower was in the 3rd and maybe the new Chaos dex, I'll go check both and see if I can find it.

The 3rd ed. just says he took it from it's crypt, the new one says the crypt was below the Tower of Silence on Uralan. Can you tell me anything else on Uralan?
