IIRC, bikers with the mark of khorne can't take any weapon upgrades as they are still 'power armoured units'... (don't quote me though as my knowledge comes from the 1st printing 'dex!)
also, you can't give the banner of rage to anyone except the icon bearer in a unit of khorne chosen...
i know it doesn't come right out and say it, but if you read the bit about special icons in the chosen unit entry, it stats quite clearly that only the icon bearer can take a 'special icon'. also, check pg12 codex chaos marines, under chaos icons, 2nd paragraph: "...any Lord's retinue or independent unit of chosen can select a special icon from the armoury..."
so unfortunately, your unit champs cannot have a banner of rage!
