Ok, ok, you cannot ask outright for those things but if there is a clarification that needs to be made, feel free to cite a rule, point cost, etc.
However, don't be an doofus and say "Oh, I thought We'll Be Back said that Necrons were I5" and then ask for the rule because you were "confused". That is just silly. And not-smart.
