i've heard the 'plastic valkyrie' rummor from many different sources, however this is the first i've heard about a plastic vulture... odd's are we get the valkryie for now and the possible vulture at lest a year or so afterwards.
keep in mind too that GW can only release just so many new plastic kits/year!
