one thing i definately recommend is to drop both teleporting squads down to 6 each and then you can bring both troop squads upto 6 men each... this way with even numbered units, you maintain your 'scoring unit' status a bit longer than odd-numbered squads.
also drop a termie too for scoring purposes as the IC doesn't count towards scoring unit status!

as for your grand master - drop the anointed weapon!!! your nemesis force weapon is *much* better simply because it counts as a pointy death stick! inflict one wound and blam! that death chicken is likely killed out-right
i'd also drop the master-crafting as you'll be hitting most things (including daemons!) on a 3+ anyways...

with those pts, you could get another few knights...
