Yes, that is a nice chainfist. I'm not sure that it can be used as a force weapon, as it would double Str. and get the 2d6 for armour pen. If you were to just count it as a power weapon, I guess that would work, but I'd just put it on another Termie and arm the sorcerer with a sword or axe, heck even a mace or moringstar!
