Alas, Warlocks are taken in groups of 3-10. 2 just isn't enough. Although, I might suggest a few more things here.
1. Taking Spirit Stones and Runes of Witnessing on your Farseer. This gives him a better chance to get his Psychic Powers off, and lets him use two a turn (can anyone say "dead battlesuits"?) Even better is if an Ethereal is in a unit, target him, and watch the Tau run away like scaredy little girls!
2. On your second warlock, take Embolden. The re-roll of failed Leadership tests is priceless and has saved me games on many occassions. You might not think it is very worthwhile, but when someone makes a unit fail a leadership test to run off the board, and you re-roll it... then proceed to destroy their Land Raider...
3. Like I said, take a third warlock (you have to). On a side note, you might like to see that Warlocks and Farseers are NOT the same unit i.e. Warlocks aren't a retinue - you might like to try using them seperately if you need to.

Good, get into a nice position and unleash hell. I will, however, suggest Spirit Stones on the Wave Serpent, and perhaps Vectored Engines. All I'm really worried about is the size of the unit - they might benefit better if they had a few more Avengers (you do get 10 in the box, remember!)

If you're making a list to play against Tau, take the Eldar Missile Launcher. With one of it's profiles having strength 4, ap 4 and a pinning weapon, the Tau will be holding their position and not shooting - and, if they pass their pinning test, they'll probably have to take a Morale check!

It's not bad. There are a few things in their I would change, and one major thing - you need to have another Warlock in the unit for your HQ.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Eldar - you're gonna like it here!
