True, but I've read enough fluff pieces about orks who've been, for all intents and purposes, split in half, trying to beat their would be slayers to pieces. Unless their heads have been summarily detached from their bodies, or you've peforated their skulls enough to paint the surrounding wall an interesting shade of brain I'd give them a wide berth (if only for the smell).
