Can anyone tell me more about the Iron Hands, fluff, organization, doctrine, where to get parts (since I'm really bad at sculpting), etc?

I know a bit about them but I'm just wondering if I'm overlooking anything. I'm planning to add about a 1500 pt force to my Black Templars for apocalypse. I've been working on them for while and I really like what I have so far but in particular I'd just like to have them fleshed out a bit more. I mean they are one of the original 18 legions and they barely get mentioned in just about anything.
