Your rant gave me a bit of an idea. A single squad per army that has been driven insane for the need to fulfill all of their sick needs. I don't own a copy of the new chaos codex, but I have a few things to contribute:
They'd have the Feel no Pain special rule, Kroot Cannibalism rule, and a few Chaos specific rules(Do they still have combat drugs?)
