way to stick to your guns there Dan. its your army not his so if he wants more he can buy it. and if he really want you to have more tell him that if he buys it for you, then you'll build it and play it!!!!
i've done that to one guy who tried to harrass me for building my army slowly. haven't heard another peep out of him since!!
ref the farseer. if his psychic power goes off in the shooting phase then no he cant "throw" the spear. one or the other. however he can still use it in assault if you want.
