The new chaos lord lightning claws would be a good start for the gauntlets, but a lot of him will probably need to be scratch-built. What kind of a face would someone who eats fear and thrives on focus have? Pale features, black eyes...

What if you took the helm the opposite way to the normal nightlords ones... have the horned and fanged skull on top, with the wings sweeping down to frame the lenses and vox grille, similar to this:

But if he was pre-heresy, he'd need the terror markings too...hmmmm
