A: no. if bought from the Heavy Support section of the army list, then the land raider may act as a 'taxi' and transport any squad which can;
a) fit inside of it!
b) can be transported. (so no oblits or daemons hitching a quick ride for example!)
now you can buy a land raider as a dedicated transport as an option for a unit of chaos termies chosen as normal from the Elites section...
in this case, the land raider will still count as a scoring unit, but it may only transport the termie squad that it has been bought for!
