Fantasy already has Daemons as a playable army, it just shares book space with the Mortals.
the way it works (at least at present) is that Mortals, Beasts and Daemons can all be used in conjunction with each other. whichever type of general you take determines which aspect of chaos becomes your core troops and the other 2 become special choices. |
