man i love RR's, and while i haven't added any to my army yet it's only because i haven't finalised my ideas for modelling them. they're on my list though.
i wouldn't worry about the russ being limited as thatwould be very unfluffy for guard, and i can't see hounds being moved to heavy support with all the main battle tanks as it's much lighter that the others.
