well, i can assure you 100% that there will not be any 0-1 type crap in our new codex! GW is doing away with all that 0-1 silliness because it simply makes armies very predicatable; ("there's army X and yep, it's got unit Y just every other army does!")
the one actual restriction i'd like to see us keep is the mandetory 1 command platoon, simply because it's so fitting for the guard... (and it helps cap the sheer number of heavy weapons we can field!)

hellhound i can't see becaoming a heavy support choice simply because they don't have the staying power... plus, the background for them has them portrayed as very offensive and fast; rushing forwards in support of the infantry & roasting the enemy!

and yes, while i highly doubt the ratlings will be dropped, i'd rather see the unit described as 'elite snipers/scout snipers' which have mediocre stats, but don't look like hobbits with guns!
