If they brought him back then GW would make a model with rules that every non-imperial citizen would scream "Broken!!"

OK all aside, from reading most of the 40k books, and most of them being doom and gloom on the humans, the rebirth of the Emperor would be a huge positive influence. There is plenty of the universe for him to take back and isn't there a Hive fleet on it's way to Earth? What a better time for him to re-emerge!
