Baron pretty much summed up my vote. Word Bearers has a lot of firepower that would be devastating on an open battle field, but because it's an urban environment he gets only a few shooting phases. When you're fighting' horde armies you need all the shooting you can get.
My vote goes to Chaosrocks' Tyranid Horde.
