I have argued with you about this the guy who told you, Spence is his name people.
He is unreliable as he NEVER reads the rules properly he will re-read that section of the rulebook and find that after you have deepstriked you can shoot BUT not assault or move that is what i have been playing since 4th Ed. came out and a lot of other people have as well.
