Cool thanks for that clarification stitch, but at the end of the day, i did not intend this to a thread if whats write and wrong, merely a disscution. at the end of the day, i have been happily playing with the 4th edition rules where you could shoot and not assualt and ive got on just fine.
it was just....the fact that you could assualt after deepstrikeing would open a whole door on the termie assualt sqds. after all, why would you want to cart them around in LR all day.
