Cheers Stitch. as it happens, a friend has been helping me witht he list and certainly some of the things you have mentioned have now made an appearence.

this is the revised list:

1 Captain w/ great weapon, full plate, shield 60

though given magic defence wise this list wont lose out by switching the wizard to a priest i think i will go with that change also as long as the points don't get messed up too much

mind you, the priest cant take the scrolls.
