hey Mart i have a question, I'd like to paint a model for the apinting comp, but, and heres the slight problem, hes allready built, and he is allready undercoated, however he ahs been sat on my desk for...6 months now, because hes undercoated does that disqualify him for the comp? i have no intention to do anything on him until Feb first mind you, but can i use him? even though hes allreday built and undercoated?
