Grey Knights do not and indeed CAN NOT have suc essor chapters.. This violates so much fluff the world limit on the site would cut my list off 1/4 the way through!
They are the militant arm of an Ordo, and therefore are not SM in that they are not limited by the Codex Astartes and the laws of Foudning and Sucessors.
