i would like to point out that if the emperor was reincarnated it would be the end of Chaos or any aliens. The emperor is god like, not a god. After all a leaser being, one of his sons (granted augmented by the power of chaos ) put the emperor in check. Someone kicked his butt once, no reason why someone or something couldn't kick the emporer's old butt again (think of all those evil Primarchs chilling in the warp)
