Yes, I've decided to build an Emperor's Children army, and as a base, I'm setting up a 400pts CP force.

Azirae, Noise Champion, Chosen of Icarus w/ Power Weapon; Doom Siren.
7x Noise Marines

Havoc Launcher

Total=400pts

Models=14
2 S7 shots per turn; 10 S5 shots per turn (Including Doom Siren); 9-18 S4 shots per turn.
