true, but they don't
need the sonic blasters to be fluffy. perhaps a couple of bolters instead would reduce the points enough for more bodies.
it is just that you are looking at only 11 models in 400 points (not including the rhino). that is a seriously low number. with a vanilla csm force, you could get around 20 or so, which may not sound a lot but really makes a difference!
also bear in mind that if you really need all those shots to soften up the target before an assault, chances are they are still going to cause enough damage to create problems for you
