i'd also drop the furious assault skill on the termies as only the sergeant gets any kind of benifit... (do you really need S9 power fists?!)
if you want to keep a skill, i'd suggest tank hunters but you seem to have plenty of anti-tank already!
the only thing i can suggest is to trade the assault sergeant's combat shield for melta bombs (just in case say a dreadnought mugs the unit!) and perhaps swap one the devastator squad's rocket launchers for all heavy bolters as you do lack a strong anti-hoard presence... (as your termies will only get 4 shooting phases max!)
overall it's a strong list. the only time i can see you having trouble is if you come up against a true hoard army - all infantry guard, orky boyz and such... granted the rockets have the blast template, but i honestly think one unit of 4 heavy bolters would help you play it safe

I like the comments a lot, but I just can not believe that you cannot take a fimilar with a Librarian. Infact the combo I set him up with is a very popular one, I mean who doesnt want a IN 7 Librarian striking with a force weapon?
Also the Assault sqaud sergeant doesnt need melta bombs since he has a power fist. Since he would only get one attack with a melta bomb, I'd perfer 3-4 attacks with a power fist at about the same strengh
Also the two land speeders have more shots then a heavy bolter squad, and the mobility out weigh the ability of a HB devstator squad. Further more dont look at the squad as anti-tank but more or less anti-marine since 90% of all tourney players have a power armour army.
