Yes!
If you read in Imperial Armour Vol 1 it states that they are an army of their own. Which is why you can only field them in a 2000+ list without permission.
THey are known to be an attachement, while at the same time holding their own "Force" which is why I painted my Stormblade a different color then my army's tanks |
