I didn't say it was fair... your probably right in saying it isn't. However... I wouldn't mind typing out what rules you needed and PMing them to you... or possibly even scanning some pages and emailing them (I do believe I have the right scanner for this now...
)
Mind you, on most Play by Post RPG forums, it does help if you have the rules, but you don't have to... two of the RPGs I was involved in used rules I didn't really understand, and didn't really take time to learn/didn't buy the book, yet its still all good.
Of course... one of them is a percentile system... and my character sheet is very self-explanatory.
