see, that was an accident, the tracks got cot with glue on them, and i coud'nt get them out to realine them, so i said "frag it" and re alined them the best i could without damaging the look of the rhino.
and, actually, all chapters after the horus heresy were created with the tech and skills of the ad mech, but no, not in cannon.
