How would humans develop in low gravity worlds? Muscles would deteriorate, but maybe the would evlove more arms and hands instead of legs?

*EDIT* Ha, I just remembered something. I came across an article in Scientific American (I think) about a year ago discussing Ice 9. Maybe a doomsday weapon against the enemies of mankind?
