All Chaos Space Marines come equipped as standard with:
Power Armour
Bolter
Bolt Pistol
Close Combat Weapon
Its a dirty little trick that few Chaos players ever take full advantage of. But i do =D
Also there was a champion in there so his bonus attacks. Believe me it is perfectly legal. Read the Codex if you like
