ah but the Ultramarines HAVE a codex- Codex: Space Marines is essentially their codex, the whole idea is that the Ultramarine stick, relatively, rigidly to the Codex Astartes and so dont need a specialised codex to demonstrate any differences from other Codex Chapters.
