and that is the exact reason i like combat patrol. its makes yout think more as you have less units to just throw away. besides, the games are quick, and more often than not things can go wrong in very spectacular, But seriously funny ways!
in my opninon in larger games, yes you have more stuff, and more expensive stuff that is big and shiny...but, at the end of the day, I personaly, enjoy small games, thier more tactical, espically if you play the missions. i know in 400pts its just kill everything and VP's but if you add objectives into the mix....it becomes that more complex, and makes you think that much more about what your going to do with your very few units (well, that is if you play anythning in power armour.)
