Penal legion with explosive collars- I have some of the models kicking about from the old rogue trader days!

There also used to be "human bombs", members of the Penal legion given a chance to redeem themselves, wearing a bomb vest they would charge forward and detonate themselves in the midst of the enemy (from the second they put the vest on they were deemed forgiven in the eyes of the emperor) - if the bomb failed the were free to go (should they survive the battle)!

They were removed from the list several years ago-a prudent move given todays climate!
