Wolf guard leader with power fist, bolt pistol, wolf tooth necklace, wolf pelt, jump pack, frag g.(with the blood claws jump pack squad)
Troops
7 Grey Hunters with bolters+close c. weapons, power weapon, power fist, plasma pistol.
Make these total 8, it's a magic number when it comes to grey hunters. It also works better for scoring units. Also make the plasma pistol a plasma gun. Add a rhino with smoke and EA.

Fast attack
5 Blood Claws with jump packs, bolt pistols+close c. weapons,power weapon, power fist, frag+krak grenades.
I'm assuming you have these because you have the models. They are nice, not very fluffy though. Any chance you can change these to bikers? they gain an extra toughness for no extra points.
Heavy Support
Land raider crusader
Ditch it and ditch it fast. Unless you have a great unit for it, it's a big point sink. These points will be better spent elsewhere. such as rhinos, more foot sloggers, maybe another pred, land speeders, attack bikes, anything that takes your fancy.
Predator annihilator with heavy bolter side sponsons.
