ok my bad
seeing as the inquisition was created at the behest of the highlords
and they answer to them
i dont see a reason that even a renegade inquisitor would have the need to destroy a planet of innocents
let alone terra
even if they were trying to get one high lord
its not the inquisitions style to do that sort of thing
that is why i said simply
