Actually, I believe its Pluto thats the big gun. I think the moon is a big port, ruled by the Navis Noblites
But... if a ship got close enough, opened its guns, and was given enough time, it could destory Terra. However, by the time the guns were opened, it'd be dead, that's how many defenses terra has.
