nice to see you've clarified that you meant the FW catalogue rather than the standard catalogue.
FW will send you one free if you ask, and give you one with every single order you make with them, even if its just a single sheet of brass etch.

As for the content of the proper catalogue, I've not looked inside one since the last one i bought, which was the 2003 one i believe.
