Tzeentch fears the death of the emperor more then any of his fellow chaos gods, which is why he manipulates them SO it doesn't happen. We all know Tzeentch is the most intelligent chaos god
Also He has plans beyond Kill everything + bath in their blood, lets have lots of sex, and lets make everything rot + never take showers.
