I think Nurgle and Iron Warriors compliment each other well. Just think about it, the IW are siege specialists, and what better weapon to have in siege warfare than a nasy and virulent disease? Force your poor enemies to retreat to strongpoints, then blast them with artillery and Grandfather Nurgle's pandemic-of-the-month. Plus, on the TT, Nurgle troops could slow down opponents, clog them up a bit and let the IW unload some heavy stuff on em.
