well when thinking about this, go over it in your head.
1-what kind of armies do you have?

2-do you have a set army lists/list?
A-if so, do i have everything on it that i need?
1-if so, do i have the paints for everything?
2-if not, get it

3-do i need new brushed/tools/green stuff/books/terrain

if the answer to everything is yes....do i want to start a new army?
