in the HH books they showed a tactical decision in resting there troops and letting others fight but then got raped by second wave, if you ask me Vulcan made the right decision IF they hadnt been betrayed by the second wave otherwise they were good.
Tabletop wise, well i really liked them in the armageddon book then they got shafted
