Hi Folks
Well the poker chips from a regulation poker set are exactly 40mm so they match perfectly. Plus something that I am finding out as I rebase the termies, the chips are more solid than the plastic GW bases making the minis more stable!
I've done half my deathwing so far (51 termies so far out of 115) and it's taken me around 3 hours total work, not as bad as I was thinking.
I'm using 3 colors on the bases (shadow grey, fortress grey, then space wolf grey) and they look good, like standing on the Rock itself
The only thing I can see thats going to be an issue is transporting them with the new bases. It was why I was procrastinating in the first place, as my deathing fills a GW case on its own. But that was going to be an issue no matter what....
