I hate to say it... Again Erus... leave the long fangs at home for that exact reason, as soon as you loose the pack leader, they become defunct.

The best way to focus on troops as the death company is a pack of 10 gh armed with power weapons, plasma gun and two plasma pistols (all with ccw) and it's costly you'll be 220pts +. Unload full auto on his ass. Back these guys up with either a pred or a dread with assault cannon and a missle launcher - again, full auto at them. You've got to make sure his rhino either goes pop and they need to walk or that there's so few of them when they arrive after the long walk, you wan make kingling out of the remnants.

What's the rest of the force make up on the BA side? It's difficult to offer advice for just a single squad. As I can say, face your entire force against them and your on a winner, but if the attention is diverted from other equally offensive units, it would be fruitless.

How do you target his power weapons on the charge, exactly?
