Colour 7/10 the brown and green of the commander work well together and the spot colours used on the baldrick and tassels stand out, though it seems to be lost within the colours of the base - there isnt enough contrast between the subject and background
Base 7/10 very characterful base, though many parts of it (the black templar censer for instance) are completely flat colours.
Atmosphere 8/10 very cool atmosphere and the seals and sheilds on the base really bring out the more gothic feel of the imperial armies.
Technique 6/10 very simple colours with little if any shading or highlighting, which could have made all the difference with things like the cloak and helmet
Overall Skill 7/10
