the chaplains save is a 3+ in the even that he cannont use this save the 4+ is used instead
so there is no majority/minority when applying hits to models with multiple types of saves
you delegate hits as normal
most high power weapons dont have multiple shots so the chaplain wouldnt get hit unless he was the only one in range or in LOS of the weapon
